Science instruction at the high school level is measured by the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) at grades 10 and 11.  Grade 11 is also called "Exit" because passing at this level is a graduation requirement in the four core academic areas (Mathematics, Social Studies, English Language Arts, and Science).  Links to information about the Grade 10 and Exit Science TAKS are available below.

SciLinks  for Science K-12

SciLinks is a peer-reviewed National Science Teachers Association website.  NSTA has cooperated with textbook publishers to provide links to content free to students and teachers.  A free registration is required for full access to the site, but many features require no registration. Research by topic from webpage http://www.scilinks.org or research material linked to your textbook's publisher at http://www.scilinks.org/Textbooks.aspx .  Note that our textbooks were adopted several years ago, so the pictured edition may look different than your textbook.
